In Loving Memory of Peg

We lost a special person today
one I've known for awhile
Her heart so full of love
Her face always had a smile

I have so many memories
of days that have gone by
of this precious angel
that now lives up in the sky

Though I have not seen her
In the past few years
I recall the times we had together
when our laughter turned to tears

They were not tears of sadness
those we never shed
as we re lived our memories
and talked of things ahead

Lay down your sweet head
It is time for you to rest
The pain has now gone away
You have now been blessed

To her Daughters, Karen, Linda, Kris, Barb and Kathy thank you all for allowing us to be apart of your mothers life. She added such joy and happiness to us all. Please know if you need anything we are only a phone call away

I have added this prayer for it was a favorite of Peg's and read at her Memorial Service so wanted to share

Native American Prayer

I give you this one thought to keep~
I am with you still ~ I do not sleep
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning’s hush,
I am the swift, uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not think of me as gone ~
I am with you still ~ in each new dawn
